- Women's categories: Bikini Fitness, Wellness Fitness, Fit Model in SKFČR / IFBB
- Personal check-ins take place at least once a month in Pilsen
- Custom training plan updated monthly based on progress, tailored to each athlete’s level, highlighting strengths, and addressing weaknesses for the specific category
- Training plan review and technique check at the start of each new plan in Pilsen
- Ongoing monitoring during paid cooperation, including calorie and macronutrient adjustments as needed (based on personal check-ins or progress photos for remote preparation)
- Random checks of logged food journals upon request to ensure proper adherence to the plan and detect any mistakes if progress stalls
- Includes online coaching via email throughout the paid cooperation period
- Pre-competition consulting (swimsuit, shoes, registration, tanning, competition selection) will be addressed when necessary
- Competition posing for listed categories is available at a discounted rate as part of competition preparation but is billed separately

My competition preparation is always designed to maintain a balance between health and women's hormonal well-being. Under my guidance, no prohibited or banned substances/supplements are used.
It is necessary for me to see you first, and if possible, for you to complete a few training sessions under my supervision. The competition preparation includes a training plan, which I do not create blindly, but only after ensuring that you have the proper foundations. Afterward, you will train independently according to an individually designed training plan. Additionally, I will guide you in nutrition and be available for online coaching if needed. Check-ins and training sessions take place in Pilsen.
