I can only recommend Barca. I used to just want to lose weight based on the numbers in my food and numbers in the gym and I didn't care about the rest, but now I see that psyche, sleep, poorly chosen food, etc. really played the biggest role. I had clear rules that there should be protein with every meal. And it doesn't have to. Also, I often included fast sugars, poorly chosen calories and actually very processed foods in my diet, for example in the form of protein bars (and then my stomach hurt every day and I didn't know why). Moreover, I didn't manage fats before training at all (it's just that when I had pancakes for breakfast, the flour with overcooked fats from oil is completely different from healthy fats). Then I know I had too long and hard workouts where I always went to complete failure and went to bed at 2am, etc. So no room for recovery and rest and I was just crushing my body and my mind too. I was afraid to increase my fats, I had set a terribly low amount per day before working with Barca, almost unhealthy. After Barca calculated how much fat I should have for the day, I couldn't help but wonder. And even though I was very afraid of the increase, it did me good. Now I no longer have to worry about fats or food in general. I also weighed everything to the exact grams and ate according to the paper. If I got up earlier one day, flew and had a hard workout in the morning, I didn't put on extra food (it wasn't on paper after all). Even if I burned 1000 kcal more than a normal training day, for example, I preferred to starve myself, afraid that if I added food, I would gain. Now I'm not afraid anymore and when my body demands it, I include an extra meal. And hey, no harm done. There's no gaining. Bára has helped me a lot with all of this. But if only with that... I've also dealt with my long-term health issues with her. She was the only one who listened to me and helped me solve them. It was a hormonal imbalance. In the words of my district doctor, I was healthy, but when you can't sleep at night, are nonstop irritable, have crazy mood and weight swings, and tend to gain weight even on a weight loss diet, it's just not okay. What the doctor waved her hand over as completely unimportant, Barca helped me solve with a great attitude. Often times another fitness trainer will set you up with a nonsensical diet and if you don't lose weight, the trainer will write that you are definitely following it wrong and slacking off. Unfortunately this is the experience of many people in my area. But Barca will set it for you based on your exact needs or your health condition. So that you get results and also enjoy the food and it's not just some "boring diet". By that I mean that she is really conscientious and thorough about her work. Last but not least, she also improved my digestion which was really lousy. Every meal made me feel heavy, sick, I had terrible stomach pains and I couldn't eat almost anything anymore. After working with Barca, I can eat whatever I want again. She also gave me "know how" that can be applied at any time. Now I know which foods to eat and which not to eat. So, I thank her for her tremendous help in my life.
