A little about me
As a personal trainer in Pilsen, I offer a wide range of services, from individual training for beginners to competition preparation in women's categories. I have been coaching since 2015. Over the years, I have trained many women, girls, and men with very different goals, giving me comprehensive experience in training, compensatory/rehabilitation exercises, nutrition, and the psychology associated with it.

I take pride in having helped many women with low self-esteem find strength and confidence, whether in the world of social media or in everyday life, making them feel happier and more comfortable with themselves. My greatest achievement is not just the progress they make but helping them understand the meaning of food, movement, and self-love.
