My philosophy is that if you want to move from point A to point B, you need a well-structured plan that I can monitor. Despite having structure, your plan will still include a variety of meals made from commonly available foods, and I will be available to assist you throughout our cooperation.

The meal plan is created based on a properly completed questionnaire, and I will do my best to tailor it to your habits so that the transition is not a shock! You won’t find anything on your plan that you dislike or don’t eat; instead, I will ensure that it is fully adapted to you. That’s why my meal plans are entirely personalized for each individual and depend on how thoroughly you complete the necessary questionnaire. The cooperation lasts for three months and can be extended at any time.
